LinkedIn Games
Step 1: Get 500 connections.

Step 2: Play on "People You May Know" page.
- Add only people with who you already have somebody in common.
- 1 shared connection is "meh".
- Hunt for 20+ shared connections.
- Briefly review profiles of catchy new contacts: what do they do, why they have so many shared contacts?

I have a funnier game. Go to suggested contacts page. Try to find someone remotely familiar. Now try to find out how LinkedIn guessed because it was one of your brief encounters at one point in life. =)

I immediately see couple of possible explanations:
1) Your remote acquaintance fed your email address to LinkedIn (often unknowingly).
2) You have common connections with that remote acquaintance.

Anyway, what is the score of your version of the game?

I, at least, can measure number of new connections I got.

My game does not have a score. It's just funnier this way.

If I am not mistaken, number of new connections can be found inside the piles of LinkedIn profile pages.

Game score
Imagine that every time you guess where LinkedIn got info about your potential connection - you either get one point or lose one point.
And that score is reflected on /magic-ball-score page of your LinkedIn profile.

Would it be more fun that way?
