How to find out if your potential dream job is scam
A job seeker asked me if "Reliance Capital Limited" company that contacted her is a legitimate employer.
Judging by the company name and the way they communicated with her (text-only) - it probably is a scam.

But in order to find out for sure if recruiter is real deal:
1) Call them (scammers frequently try to avoid talking on the phone and hide behind text messages and emails).
2) Assume that there could be a scammer on another end and do not reveal your sensitive personal details.
3) Typical signs of scammers:
- Bad phone connection quality (because scammers frequently use internet proxy).
- _Heavy_ foreign accent from a poor country (typically Nigerian accent, but occasionally could be Russian or some other accent). The scammer would may insist that they are in the US or in London.
- Incoherent business story (ask them what they sell to their customers).

Sign 1 and 2 look ridiculous... although... sign 2 may be not - in the new brave Trump world... :)

I think you didn't give any reasonable way to detect scammers in this post.

Probably you should implement some scummer detection system on the site based on user-generated content - like employers reviews/stars/like-dislikes...

Most scammers do not want to talk on the phone.
I see it in my own experience.
I learn it from job seekers who these scammers are trying to defraud.

Job seekers actually agree to start working for some remote internet dude without even talking with them on the phone.
Some eventually even start printing checks on the behalf of these "employers".

If they simply talked on the phone - they would quickly changed their minds.

We collect some user-generated ratings.
But only few people have time for that.

Your answer is irrelevant because I'm talking not about your numbered items but about your three signs which are mentioned after item 3 of your post

1. Снять дамп вручную или через ProcDump
2. Скормить в Debug Diagnostics Tool

Ooh.

1. I hate talking on the phone, prefer text & e-mail.
2. I have Russian accent.

"What do you sell to customers" makes perfect sense though.

Re: Reliance Capital limited offering a home based job
This is a money laundering scam.
They would send you fake check and then ask you to send them back some money.
Couple of weeks later your bank will find out that the check was fake and you would be fully financially responsible for the full amount.

Re: Reliance Capital limited offering a home based job
Thank you so much for your kind reply.
This is I am scared about.
They told me that soon after I got the check i can deposit it and it will be available to to my account within 24 hours.
After getting money they will provide me some suppliers name and details where I have to purchase them with that money and i can keep $100 as initial payment.
they will give me $20 - $25 per hour.
Thanks

Yes: they will give you $20 - $25 per hour in fake money.

You may still ask them for that check. Then you may bring that check to the police, so police would hopefully catch the person who created that forged check.

Re: Reliance Capital limited offering a home based job
Looks like I joined the club for potential victims. I am so tempted just to deposit the check and see if it clears before doing anything else.

Re: Reliance Capital limited offering a home based job
Make sure to tell your bank the full story about how you are not sure if the check is real or not.
Do NOT wire any money back to the "employer" even if check will clear [temporarily].

Reliance Capital Potential Victim
I, too, was subjected to a lengthy interview from "Linda Cambell" with Reliance Capital. They sent me a check for $3,800.00 purportedly to buy home office equipment and software. I have not yet deposited it yet. They want me to send a copy of the deposit slip after the deposit is made. I informed them that I would do so after it cleared. Line is then pressuring me to deposit it now and sent the slip ASAP. I said I will deposit it tomorrow and her reply, "why can't you have the check deposited today?" I lied to them and told them the bank refused to cash it initially because they said the check was "typical of employer scams that have been very frequent lately." Her reply, "There is nothing wrong with the check because it was sent to you from the company's payroll department in (my local city and State). You are able to head to your bank ATM and have the check deposited.Once you have done so, you are to provide me with the deposit receipt. How long will this take you?"

Re: Reliance Capital Potential Victim
That looks like a money-laundering scam to me.
Even if your bank accepts that check initially, in a several weeks that check will bounce and you will be held responsible for cashing in forged check.
You may still contact your bank and ask them what to do in that situation. You may also report that to the police.
